The Board of Management has commenced making plans to introduce a module-based programme to formalise the development of our junior members (Ages 13-18). The objectives of the programme are to:

* Better coordinate and resource our skills and development
* Provide a broader base of knowledge
* Introduce external expertise to our development
* Grow appreciation of the non-playing aspects of the Club
* The Cadetship is anticipated to include the following modules, which would be tracked and completed over  2 or more years

Completion of the Cadetship will be jointly recognised by the Club and Baseball Victoria, after completion of a season of: Coaching OR Scoring OR Umpiring OR Playing at a State, Provincial or Schoolboy U17 or U18 level.
